HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

When you place an Internet order, we e-mail you a confirmation to let you know your order was received. Your e-mail order confirmation or printed transaction record is your proof of purchase. All online merchandise orders are generally shipped to you upon receipt of your order or on the next business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Shipping & Handling
If items are in stock, they are generally shipped upon receipt of your order or on the next business day. If items are temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. All online orders are shipped to your billing address or to the shipping address specified on your order.
- UPS: Domestic Shipments
For deliveries to the 48 continental U.S. states we use UPS delivery services. UPS provides door-to-door delivery to business and residential addresses. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Based on your order information, we will ship items via UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day as requested.
- International Shipments
For international deliveries we will use the best available method including USPS Global Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx or the best available carrier for your country. You will be responsible for the payment of all duties and taxes that that are imposed upon your order.
All product returns and exchanges require prior approval by telephone (800-200-3141). All product returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. All product returns and exchanges must be received in the original packaging materials with a copy of the original invoice. No used or damaged items will be accepted. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
